What is a Reiki and Chakra Healing and Activation? This gentle healing technique is a wonderful tool to re-adjust and realign your chakras and heal your body. I use energised crystals and sound vibrations as well as my gifts of claircognizance, clairsentient and claorvoyant abilities to promote health and well being for your mind, body and soul. 
 Reiki is a stress reduction and relaxation technique that works with the soul, body and mind. It is a belief that the body has the ability to heal itself, and to do so complete relaxation is beneficial. Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple treatments to allow the body to reach the level of relaxation necessary to bring the system back into balance. Self improvement is required on your behalf and you must be willing to change in a positive way if you are to receive the full benefit of a Reiki treatment.
